There is already a topic in the Tokyo Mew Mew section of the forums, which you can visit here: TMM vs. MMP. 

Personally, I, like many other fans, prefer the Japanese version.  It's the original, so it's safe to say it's going to be considered better and have a larger fanbase, which means more people will prefer it.
